This depends on the complexity of the project. A fairly straight forward
design could be completed in as little as 2 or 3 weeks. We have worked
around the clock to develop a some websites in under a week, completed
at a premium price. A complex site involving a database or ecommerce
might take several months or longer.

Website rates and pricing ?

In order to give you an accurate price range for your project, we'll meet you in person, online or over the phone, to
determine several key factors such as:

Your business and website goals?
How many pages you require and the content?
Whether you require our copywriting services.
Will you require the site to be optimised for search engines?
Will you require dynamic elements like Flash etc?
Will you want a content management system?
Will you need marketing? Maintenance? Traffic and ranking analysis?

After all the fact finding is complete, our team will put together the site and let you review it before it goes live. We continue working with you after the launch until you are satisfied.

How are design quotes and payments processed ?

We put our quotes in writing. You pay what we've quoted unless, of course,
the job scope changes at your request. Here is a typical quote to the
delivery process:

Free initial consultation - By phone, on-line and/or in-person depending
on the size and scope of the project and your physical location.
Results Analysis - We research how we can positively affect your business
e.g. How can we increase your revenues? Decrease your costs? Make running
your business easier?
Proposal Presentation - We do this in-person or by phone depending on
the project size. We typically base our prices on the value we could bring to
your company (e.g. Increases in revenue or decreased costs.) Our proposals
list the following:

When are payments due ?

Once we have agreed to a date for the project launch, a 25% deposit is required to start
the web designing project. Balance including expenses and payment in full is due within
7 days of final delivery of service ( web site going live of internet). Hosting can be paid monthly
but is discounted if paid in advance for a 12 or 24 month period.
